Layne resides in Pleasant Grove, Utah with his wife and four children. Connecting & being with them is paramount.

Layne brings 18 years of sales, sales management, & sales training experience to his real estate clients. He was instrumental in growing Vivint into the largest home automation company in the country.

Prior to becoming an agent, he had an important role in assisting Sprint in implementing and developing their Direct to Home partnership program.

His interest in real estate, the relationships it creates and growing a sustainable business led him to start Layne Thompson Real Estate. His passion for providing a great customer experience, developing individuals & teams, and connecting with those he works with and for are his main focuses. He looks forward to developing long-term relationships with his clients that will be mutually beneficial.
